Renovated broiler project in Saudi Arabia

Our dealer Cavalo has installed the first renovated 8 broiler houses of a project that consists of 24 broiler houses in total. The houses are equipped with modern technology in terms of feeding lines, drinking lines, climate systems and are fully automatically computer controlled. Each house has its own silo with a VDL flex auger system that is connected to the FlexBin hopper that is equipped on the Valenta pan feeding system. The hopper is continuously full thanks to the sensor on the end pan of the pan feeding line. The Valenta broiler feed pan is specially designed to ensure that the broiler receive continuous feed 24/7.
